• Hand-carved — expect natural variations in pattern, color tone, wood grain, panel alignment, and up to ±1″ in width/height. Thickness may vary slightly due to carving.
• Panel alignment may vary slightly due to handmade nature
• Easy installation — metal hangers, screws, wall plugs, and instructions included
• Optional wooden French cleat system available (additional cost)
• Indoor use recommended; outdoor use possible only under covered areas (avoid direct sun/rain). Apply a clear outdoor wood sealant if placing outside.
• Wipe with a dry cloth

To file a claim, photos of the packaging and damaged item(s) are required. A video taken before and during unboxing is strongly recommended to support your claim and speed up the insurance process.
