How long will delivery take?

Usually 1–2 weeks from your order date. Handling time may vary depending on the item purchased.

Once shipped, it usually takes 3–5 business days to arrive at your door.

How much is shipping?

It is a flat rate based on the item selling price before discount, as shown below:

  • < $60.00 = $12.00
  • $60.00 – $100.00 = $25.00
  • $100.00 – $150.00 = $35.00
  • $150.00 – $250.00 = $60.00
  • $250.00 – $400.00 = $95.00
  • $400.00 – $600.00 = $150.00
  • $600.00 – $800.00 = $200.00
  • > $800.00 = $250.00

What currency are prices in?

All prices on our website are shown and charged in USD.

Your bank or payment provider may convert from your local currency to USD and could apply a small FX fee per their policy. If you prefer to pay in another currency, kindly contact us.

Where do you ship from?

All our items are handmade and shipped from Chiang Mai, Thailand.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

You may also log in to your account on our website and check your Order page.

Are duties or taxes included?

Customs duties or import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These are charged directly by your local customs authority, depending on your country’s regulations. Some destinations exempt handmade artworks, but we recommend checking with your local customs office.

What if I don’t like the item or change my mind?

  • Please contact us before returning any item.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds apply to the item price only, within 14 days after we receive it back.

We recommend insuring the package, as any transit damage may reduce the refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Send photos of all sides of the outer box, the shipping label, inner packaging, and damaged area.
  • Do not throw away any packaging material.

We’ll open a courier claim and offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

How do I install the headboard or wall panel?

Most of our headboards are meant to be wall-mounted and come with hanging hardware for side-by-side alignment.

Panels made from acacia include wooden slats so you can join and mount them as one piece. Only a few models attach directly to a bed frame — see the product description for details.

What payment methods do you accept? Is checkout secure?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, and bank transfer in multiple currencies.

All payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways. Installment payments will be available soon.

Can I attach a headboard to my bed frame?

Only a few models can attach directly to a bed frame. Most are wall-mounted. You may find local hardware suitable for your setup.

How heavy are the carved panels?

Weight depends on the size and thickness. The exact weight is listed in each item’s description.

Do you make custom designs or furniture?

Yes! Send us a photo, desired dimensions, and delivery address. We’ll quote you within 24 hours. Custom production usually takes 6–8 weeks.

What if my package gets lost?

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, you may choose between a replacement or full refund.

Why can’t I sign in or forgot my password?

Click “Forgot Password” to reset it via email. If you still can’t sign in, contact us at [email protected].

No shipping option available at checkout?

This usually means your country hasn’t been added yet. Contact us with your zip code and item link; we’ll activate it within 24 hours.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once dispatched, address changes may incur a courier fee (starting around $15).

Can I schedule a delivery date?

Yes — contact the courier directly with your tracking number to request a preferred delivery time.

What if I’m not home at delivery time?

Couriers normally call or message before delivery. If no one’s home, they’ll attempt again the next business day. You can also contact them directly to reschedule.

Can I combine shipping for multiple items?

Usually each item’s shipping is based on its weight and size, so combining doesn’t reduce the cost — but we can double-check for you.

How do I care for my item?

Wipe with a clean, dry (or slightly damp) cloth. Over time, finishes may weather — you can refresh them with light oil or wax.

Can I hang my wood panel outdoors?

Yes, teak is best for outdoor use. Avoid direct rain or strong sun to preserve color. Adding a clear lacquer can help protect it.

What wood and finishes do you use?

We primarily use reclaimed teak and acacia wood. Finishes vary from oil stains to acrylic paints depending on color.

Are the panels handmade and reclaimed?

Yes. Every piece is hand-carved from reclaimed wood, sourced mainly from old homes and furniture.

How can I repair cracks or damage?
