Shipping & Returns
• Processing time: In-stock items are shipped within 3–5 business days.
(Furniture or made-to-order pieces may require 4–6 weeks to craft before shipping.)
• Pre-shipment confirmation: We send detailed photos of your item(s) for your approval before dispatch.
• Shipping: Worldwide express delivery via FedEx or DHL, usually within 3–5 business days after shipment. Tracking details will be provided once your order leaves our workshop.

• Returns & exchanges: Eligible within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
