Do you have a physical shop or showroom?
We have a warehouse in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We keep most of our products in the warehouse. If a customer would like to visit our warehouse, we suggest contacting us by email or phone in advance to make an appointment for visiting.
What are your shipping rates and delivery time?
You can check and calculate the shipping rate by adding the product into your cart and view your cart. Below the cart you find the shipping calculating. Please provide your shipping details, and you will see the available shipping options.

How can I track my orders?
Track & Trace service is provided for all items with all items methods. Right after your order is registered for shipping, we will send you an email with a link attached so that you can track your orders anytime, anywhere. Where is my order shipped from?
All of our products are made in Thailand. We are based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Every order is shipped from Chiang Mai, Thailand.
How long would it take to receive my order especially if I order a wood panel?
After 7-10 business days of purchasing, we will send you a photo of your individually created item after painting with the selected colour to let you approve before processing with any shipment.
Does shipping costs include duties and taxes in my country?
No, the duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. We found it common that some countries have different import taxes.
Therefore, we are not liable for any import tax, duty, vat, customs clearance or any other fee once your items have been shipped. We are also not liable if your package gets delayed or kept in a customs inspection.
The customer must take responsibility to acknowledge and be aware of the customs process and regulations of their country.
How do I hang the panel?
We normally provide hanging kits in the package for you. Please use the hang kits install in the back side of the panel. And we would recommend you to get nails/screws that suitable for your wall as we don’t know what kind of wall customer have. To assemble the panels we would recommend starting with the middle panel and working your way out. Make sure you secure safety if you are hanging it above your bed as a headboard. You can use strong nails/hooks/screws in between the gaps but if you are unsure, please get a professional to help you. If this two middle (if 4 pieces) panels are lined up correctly the rest will follow. The artisans here use two or sometimes three batons placed strategically on the wall and then put screws in between the gaps of the wood to keep it secure. You will find the sections match up better this way.
Do you build custom-made pieces?
yes we do custom made but please be informed that the production time will take approximately 2-3 months. And the price will be a little higher than our stand size. Please email with all the detail and our customer service will contact you back for this matter.

What is your return policy?
If an item does not meet your expectations, please return it to us for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. With your return, please include the completed, original packaging. If you are simply unhappy with your item we will accept returns and pay 100% refund once the item has been sent back ans well received. Siam Sawadee is not responsible for returning merchandise, which may become lost in-transit, please consider safe-guarding your merchandise by insuring your package. The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage.We are proud to offer exceptional, unique , and earth-friendly products. Please keep in mind that personalized, special-order, personal care, custom orders, final sale, items approved from customer to ship out or items damaged through normal care and use may not be returned unless Siam Sawadee is deemed responsible for a fulfillment or shipping error, or a manufacturing defect.
