How long will it take to get my order delivered?


Usually 1-2 weeks from the order date. Handling time may vary depending on the item purchased. 

Once shipped it usually takes 5 business days to be delivered to your door


Where is my order shipped from? 


All our items are handmade and shipped from Chiangmai, Thailand


How much is the shipping cost? 


It is a flat rate, see details below:

$100.00 – $200.00  =    $50.00 shipping cost

$200.00 – $400.00  =  $100.00 shipping cost

Do you have a physical shop or showroom? 


Yes we do have a showroom in Chiangmai, open Mon-Sat from 8:00am till 5:00pm


How do I install the headboard? 


Most of our headboards are meant to be mounted to the wall. The hardware provided would mean to hang each panel side by side. 

We also provide wooden slats for panels made out of Acacia to attach them together and mount it at once.

Only a few headboard can be mounted to the bed frame. We invite you to check the description of the actual item for more details.

Most of our headboards are meant to be mounted to the wall which we provide the hardware for. 

You may find locally hardware that would be suitable for your project.


How heavy are the carved panels?


The weight for each panel vary depending on its size & thickness, we invite you to check this information in the item description.


Does shipping costs include duties and taxes in my country?


All customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer which may or may not be applicable at your customs country. 

Some country/states exonerate the import duties as it is considered as an art. We would recommend you to double check with your customs directly to find out more.


How can I track my order? Where is my item?


A confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking details as soon as your item has been dispatched.

I am looking for something custom made, how does it work?


Any design, dimensions, color, furniture and more is customisable. Simply contact us with a photo, dimensions and a delivery address. 

We will be happy to provide you with a quotation. Custom made orders usually takes 6-8 weeks to be completed


What if the package gets lost?


If you haven’t received your item a week after the estimated delivery date at the time you’ve placed your order, please check the status of your package. You may then contact the shipping company directly with your package number to find out more. 

If you haven’t received sufficient information on where your package is, please contact us and we will open a claim on your behalf. 

Once the shipping company confirms that the package has indeed been lost, you will be offered with a full refund or a replacement item. 


What are the payment options & is it secured? 


We accept credit/debit card payments, PayPal, Direct bank transfer in several currencies and we will be soon offering instalment payments.

No shipping option available?


We do ship worldwide! Either the informations entered are incorrect or your country hasn’t been added yet. Don’t worry! Contact us at [email protected] with the link of the item you are interested in, your zip code and country. We will make sure to update it within 24 hours so that you may place your order.


I am an influencer, do you do collaboration?


Yes we are open for collaborations, contact us through social media or our email at [email protected] with your details and the way you’d like to work together!


Do you have a catalogue? 


Yes we do. It will soon be downloadable through the website, meanwhile, contact us to our email address at [email protected] and it will be with our pleasure to share it with you


How to repair a damaged or crack in a wood panel?


Several solutions are possible depending on the finish color of your time and/or wood. It is best to contact us with photos of the issue so we can recommend you.

How to repair a damaged item?


All items have difference repairing solutions, please contact us with photos of the issues


What type of paint is used on the carve panels?


We either use oil stain or acrylic paint for interior depending on the finish color of the carve panels you will be ordering


What is the insurance policy?


All packages are insured. Make sure to contact us with photos of all sides of the outer packaging, inner packaging material & damages occurred to the item. Please do not throw anything. 

We will open a claim on your behalf with the shipping company and offer you solutions such as partial refund, return for a full refund or a replacement

What if I don’t like what I ordered? 


Kindly contact us with photos of the item prior being repackaged in its original packaging. We would then ask you to send us a photos of it repackaged and share us tracking details once dispatched. The return shipping cost will be at your own charge
It will take up to 2 weeks from the receiving date at our warehouse for us to issue you a full refund on the item selling price only. We highly recommend you to insure the package as if any damages occurred during transit, we will only be able to issue a partial refund 


Can I combine shipping if I order multiple items?


Most of the items are charged by their weight which means combining them won’t reduce their shipping costs. However, please do contact us so we could double check for you.


Are the items reclaimed?


Yes all our carved wooden panels are handmade from reclaimed wood. Mainly abandoned houses and/or furniture as our company is aiming for the preservation of the forest and environment. 


Are the wood panels handmade/hand carved?


Yes each piece is carefully prepared by hand and hand carved. Light machinery is used for the sanding of the pieces and/or color finishing 


What type of wood is used?


We mainly work with up-cycled Teak and Acacia wood


Can I hang my wood panel outside?


Yes, however Teak is best for that. We would however still recommend you to avoid direct sun and/or rain in order to preserve the quality as long as possible. A clear lacquer will also help preserving it.


How to take care of my item? 


You can wipe with a dry clean cloth and are slightly humidified one.
The finish color may weathered over the years which you may refresh at anytime. If any doubt, please feel free to contact us

You can dusting it out with a soft brush and/or a clean dry cloth

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?


The shipping company should always contact you prior making a delivery attempt to ensure someone’s home.
You can contact the shipping company anytime with your package number to arrange a convenient date/time for the delivery


Is signature required on delivery?


A signature is not required on delivery. However, the courier will not leave the package at the front door without your authorisation.

If no one’s home at the time of delivery, the courier should make another attempt on the next business day. 


How to change my delivery address?


If your order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to change the delivery address.

However, if it has shipped, changing a delivery address comes at an additional cost which starts at $15.00 depending on the updated address.


How to schedule a delivery date/time?

What if I want to update/change my order?

I am travelling, can I hold the shipment of my order? 


If we haven’t shipped it yet, then yes, it is possible. However, if it is already in transit, the shipping company may be able to hold it only for a few days prior returning the package. 


Can I get a gift card for a friend? 


Sure! Please contact us at [email protected] with your friend’s name and the amount you’d like the gift card to be.


Do you do wholesale price?


Yes we do. However, a minimum spend and/or quantity is required in order to be eligible to the wholesale prices. Please contact us with your inquiry at [email protected]
