Please read this Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Overview
We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the conditions below.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond that time, the order may already be in process and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
Conditions for Return
- Please contact us before returning any item.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds apply to the item price only — not shipping or customs fees.
We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for damage or loss in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the outer box (all sides), the shipping label, inner packaging, and damaged area.
- Do not throw away the packaging or materials.
We will open a courier claim and offer one of the following solutions: repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund — depending on the case.
Returning Goods
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, import duties (if applicable), and return risks.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable as they have been paid to the courier.
- If the returned item arrives damaged, we will evaluate repair costs and issue a partial refund accordingly.
- Any import taxes you paid should be reclaimed directly from your local customs authority.
Import Duties and Fees
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Some destinations exempt handmade artworks, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The same return conditions apply. Exchange items will be shipped once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
