• Hand-carved — expect natural variations in pattern, color tone, wood grain, and up to ±1″ in width/height. Thickness may vary slightly due to carving.
• Easy installation — metal hangers, screws, wall plugs, and instructions included
• Optional wooden French cleat system available (additional cost)
• Indoor use recommended; outdoor use possible only under covered areas (avoid direct sun/rain). Apply a clear outdoor wood sealant if placing outside.
• Wipe with a dry cloth

Shipping & Returns

• Processing time: In-stock items are shipped within 3–5 business days. (Furniture or made-to-order pieces may require 4–6 weeks to craft before shipping.)

• Pre-shipment confirmation: We send detailed photos of your item(s) for your approval before dispatch.

• Shipping: Worldwide express delivery via FedEx or DHL, usually within 3–5 business days after shipment. Tracking details will be provided once your order leaves our workshop.

• Import duties: Please note that import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Returns & exchanges: Eligible within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

• Damages & delays: All shipments are insured. If damage occurs or delivery is delayed, please contact us within 5 days of receipt or expected arrival.
To file a claim, photos of the packaging and damaged item(s) are required. A video taken before and during unboxing is strongly recommended to support your claim and speed up the insurance process.
